“Make and Take“ Edible Flower Summer Rolls with Suzy Chin
Join us for a delightful cooking class where you'll learn to make fresh and delicious Summer Rolls with a variety of herbs, edible flowers, and Asian vegetables grown right here at DIG farm. Take home your beautifully crafted summer rolls to share with your family and friends.

About the event
In this class, you'll also learn to make a mouthwatering peanut dipping sauce that perfectly complements the flavors of the summer rolls. We'll be using a selection of seasonally grown edible flowers including Calendula, Thyme flower, Marigold, Arugula flower, Lavender, Borage, Cilantro, Nasturtium, and alyssum - all grown right here on the farm.
As a special treat, we'll be serving summer rolls made with your choice of shrimp or grilled chicken for lunch, along with a refreshing glass of iced tea. Don't forget to bring a reusable container to take home any leftovers!
